Position: Tender Officer / Bid Officer
Department: Business Development Department
Key Responsibilities

Tender Management: Identify, track, and manage tender opportunities relevant to the company’s design and operational business scope.

Bid Preparation & Coordination: Coordinate and compile technical and financial inputs from the design, finance, and project teams. Prepare comprehensive bid documents, proposals, and presentations that align with all client requirements and deadlines.

Market Analysis: Conduct strategic market research to track industry competitors, identify upcoming projects, and monitor pricing trends.

Client & Stakeholder Relations: Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and relevant stakeholders to clarify specific tender parameters and strengthen ongoing business partnerships.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all submitted bids comply fully with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards. Maintain accurate databases of all past submissions, results, and feedback.
About You
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in tendering, bidding, or business development (prior experience within the design, construction, or engineering sectors is preferred).

Systems Knowledge: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard tender management software. A basic understanding of international tendering practices is desirable.
