Job Summary
The Area Sales Manager at Moha Soft Drinks Industry Plc will lead sales initiatives within a designated region, driving marketing management and sustainable business growth. Operating under a hybrid model that balances remote strategy planning with on-site operations in Addis Ababa, this senior leader will design high-impact market penetration plans to consistently exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to hit and surpass volume and revenue targets.

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives, monitoring performance to build a highly productive field force.

Market Intelligence: Conduct market trend analysis and track competitor movements to isolate and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Marketing Coordination: Align with internal teams to deploy regional marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and bolster sales funnels.

Account & Stakeholder Management: Establish and solidify deep working relationships with primary distributors, retail clients, and major regional stakeholders.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Run continuous evaluations of key performance metrics, drafting actionable sales forecasts and regular business updates for executive leadership.

Capacity Building: Design and deliver comprehensive product knowledge and tactical sales training programs for the regional team.
About You
Requirements & Experience Guidelines

Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management, ideally within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or beverage sector.

Managerial Track Record: 1 to 3 years of direct leadership or supervisory experience managing sales teams.

Career Level: Senior (5–8 years experience).
Required Technical Skills & Competencies

Domain Expertise: Highly proficient in modern marketing management and comprehensive business administration.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong capacity to analyze sales performance matrices, read data curves, and pivot regional strategies based on market research.

Interpersonal Dynamics: High-level communication and negotiation skills needed to navigate corporate management, field teams, and external commercial partners.

Adaptability & Execution: Proven problem-solving ability with a track record of remaining agile under fluctuating economic or supply conditions.
