Job Summary
The Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new passengers and business clients through direct field sales. The role focuses on promoting Cabby’s services, demonstrating the mobile application, assisting customers with registration, and consistently achieving daily sales and account activation targets.
Key Responsibilities

Direct Field Sales: Conduct daily outreach visits to offices, businesses, hotels, residential blocks, universities, and commercial shopping centers.

App Demonstration: Introduce Cabby services to prospective riders, walk them through the mobile application, and assist with downloading, registration, and first-time booking setups.

B2B & B2C Promotion: Promote distinct transit lines including Cabby Reserve, Cabby Share, and specialized corporate transport packages.

Target Execution: Achieve structured daily, weekly, and monthly sales and account activation goals.

Reporting & Intelligence: Submit accurate daily field activity and customer acquisition logs. Gather localized market intelligence, user feedback, and competitor insights.

Relationship Management: Identify client transport pain points, recommend package solutions, and build long-term brand relationships.
About You
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Minimum of a Diploma or Level IV certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales, field promotion, customer service, or marketing.

Fresh Graduates: Highly encouraged to apply if they possess strong, vibrant communication skills.

Industry Advantage: Prior exposure to ride-hailing, fintech, telecom, FMCG, or tech product sales is a big plus.
Required Skills & Core Competencies

Sales Attributes: Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently out in the field.

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

Tech Literacy: Solid smartphone and mobile application operational knowledge.

Language: Fluency in Amharic is required; English communication skills are an added asset.
