Job Summary
The Associate Functional Specialist will support the implementation, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s in-house ERP system and related software. This role acts as a functional bridge between internal operational departments and the technical development team—providing system troubleshooting, data configuration, and user support to ensure reliable everyday business operations.
Key Responsibilities

ERP Rollout & Configuration: Configure, optimize, and implement new modules and features within the company’s internal ERP platform, with a strong focus on Odoo module customization.

Business Analysis: Collaborate closely with internal departments (Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, and Procurement) to analyze business workflows and translate their needs into technical system configurations.

User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide direct, ongoing functional and technical support to internal system users, diagnosing software bugs and driving timely issue resolution.

Technical Liaison: Coordinate with core software development teams to escalate software defects, plan major upgrades, and manage custom feature enhancements.

Testing & Validation: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review system integrity parameters, and validate code and workflow changes before rolling them out to production.

Data & Training Administration: Assist with large-scale data migrations, data cleaning, and database reporting. Prepare functional user guides, document FAQs, and conduct interactive training sessions for non-technical employees.
About You
Requirements & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a closely related technical field.

Experience: 2–4 years of progressive professional experience in ERP system implementation, deployment, or technical support frameworks.

Scope: Dedicated experience supporting ERP end-users internally within a company environment (non-client-facing role).
Preferred Qualifications

Odoo Expertise: Hands-on functional or techno-functional experience working with Odoo ecosystems.

Technical Foundations: A basic underlying knowledge of Odoo development architectures (Python, XML), SQL queries, and general data reporting tools.

Methodology: Familiarity operating within Agile, scrum, or iterative software engineering lifecycles.
