Purpose of the Role

The UI/UX Designer will design intuitive, user-centered interfaces across multiple software products, including ERP, POS, and mobile applications. Working closely with product and development teams, this role focuses on translating core business requirements into clean, functional, and visually consistent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface Design: Create clear wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interface (UI) mockups for web and mobile platforms.

• Design Systems: Build, refine, and maintain a unified design system to ensure visual consistency across all product lines.

• User Flow Optimization: Analyze, map, and iteratively improve existing user flows to maximize product usability.

• Developer Collaboration: Work side-by-side with front-end developers during the implementation phase to ensure pixel-perfect design accuracy.

About You

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a highly related field (equivalent practical experience is also accepted).

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience designing user interfaces for web and mobile software applications.

• Portfolio Requirement: Must possess a strong professional portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, visual problem-solving, and practical UI layout skills.

Technical & Soft Skills

• Design Tools: Complete proficiency in modern design software, specifically Figma, Adobe XD, or closely related tools.

• Tech Literacy: A basic understanding of core software systems and front-end web development principles is a major asset.

• Core Competencies: Clear communication skills, active team collaboration, and a sharp eye for design detail.
