Job Summary
Oneness Academy is seeking a passionate Frontend Developer specializing in React.js to join its core development team. The successful candidate will build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web systems, converting UI/UX designs into clean, interactive components and integrating them with backend RESTful APIs.
Key Responsibilities

Component Development: Design, build, and maintain highly modular, reusable, and responsive user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.

API Integration: Connect and consume backend RESTful APIs and ensure seamless synchronization between backend services and client interfaces.

Performance & Responsive Design: Optimize web applications for fast loading speeds, fluid cross-browser compatibility, and seamless performance across diverse mobile and desktop screen profiles.

State Management & Maintenance: Manage complex client-side application states using tools like Redux or the React Context API while debugging and eliminating frontend performance bottlenecks.

Team Collaboration: Work alongside UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA specialists within an active development cycle, participating in peer code reviews and keeping system documentation up to date.
Technical Architecture & Skills

Core Frontend Stack: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

State & Data Management: Redux, React Context API, and async REST API integration.

Development Tools: Git version control, package managers (npm / yarn).

Core Behavioral Attributes: Time management, adaptability under changing constraints, strong communication skills, and robust analytical reasoning.

Preferred / Bonus Frameworks: TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Ant Design, frontend testing suites, and familiarity with Agile methodologies or CI/CD pipelines.
About You
Education & Qualifications

Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely allied technical discipline.

Experience Baseline: At least 1 to 3 years of verifiable professional workspace experience handling specialized frontend systems.
