About the Job

Romina PLC was founded in 1973 by Girma Taye, has grown from a small restaurant in Arat Kilo into a diversified group with a strong presence in hospitality, trading, sole importer of Jaquar World bathroom solutions coffee exporting, and product distribution.

To manage the company’s accounting function by ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and maintaining strong internal controls to support business decision making.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual departmental report.

• Enusre timely month-end and year-end closing.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.

• Review account reconciliations.

• Coordinate annual external audits.

• Support and mentor accounting staff.

About You

• Education: BA Degree in Accounting and Finance.

• Work Experience: 5-8 years

• Managerial Experience: 5-8 years
