About the Job
The Key Account Manager is the strategic lead for Caterpillar parts, service solutions, and maintenance contracts. You will be the primary interface for Mantrac’s most significant fleet accounts, ensuring maximum equipment uptime and driving sustainable revenue growth. This role focuses on the entire lifecycle of heavy equipment, turning complex customer needs into high-value commercial proposals.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth: Achieve annual targets for parts, service, rebuilds, and aftermarket solutions by promoting Caterpillar lifecycle support.

Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute detailed account plans to identify new opportunities and convert them into actionable sales.

Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, fostering long-term satisfaction and high retention rates.

Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage quotations, and maintain accurate sales forecasts and data integrity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical service and parts teams to deliver comprehensive commercial proposals and resolve customer issues.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and provide critical feedback on pricing, demand, and industry trends to support growth initiatives.

About You
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 5–8 years in aftermarket sales, parts sales, service operations, or industrial customer support.

Sector Expertise: Experience in heavy equipment, mining, construction, or industrial dealership environments is highly preferred.
