Job Summary

The Branch Business Manager I is responsible for leading branch-level growth and operational excellence at the Dalocha Interest-Free Banking (IFB) branch. The role holder will drive customer acquisition, resource mobilization, sales performance, and market expansion in strict alignment with the Bank’s strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Growth: Lead branch-level customer acquisition, sales execution, and market penetration initiatives.

• Resource Management: Effectively mobilize and deploy financial and human resources to meet branch targets.

• Operational Compliance: Apply relevant banking policies, processes, and procedures to consistently achieve regulatory and internal compliance benchmarks.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and support team members to improve performance and foster career growth.

• Customer Relationship: Resolve complex client inquiries, provide expert financial product guidance, and deliver a service excellence culture.

• Risk & Intelligence: Monitor customer and product intelligence while proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (e.g., Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Information Technology) or equivalent.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant banking experience.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial post.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong Analytical Skills and data-driven decision-making.

  • Proficiency in Core Banking Systems, standard in-house software, and Microsoft Office.

  • Solid understanding of standard financial products and basic project management skills.
