Job Title: Branch Manager
Reports to: Branch Coordination and Monitoring Manager
Location: Branch Office
Job Summary
Under the general guidance of the Branch Coordination division manager, the Branch Manager plans, organizes, and controls the operational activities of the branch. Key responsibilities include ensuring proper resource utilization, maintaining financial records, safeguarding cash/payment instruments, and submitting regular business operation reports.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Operational Control: Directs and coordinates all business activities and implements company policies.

HR & Compliance: Enforces labor laws, collective agreements, and internal HR regulations.

Resource Management: Ensures adequacy and proper use of human, material, and financial resources.

Customer Service: Manages service delivery to customer organizations per contractual agreements.

Financial Oversight: Prepares annual budget proposals, approves vouchers, and ensures financial transactions are balanced and closed timely.

Property & Facilities: Manages real estate maintenance, security, cleaning services, and rent collection.

Staffing & Recruitment: Conducts recruitment for outsourced positions (guards, cleaners, drivers, etc.) and manages their training and deployment.

Performance Management: Administers payroll, leave management, disciplinary cases, and performance appraisals.

Reporting: Submits regular performance reports to the Head Office and rectifies audit discrepancies promptly.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
-
Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields with 7 years of experience (2 years at a senior/managerial level).

OR BA Degree in the same fields with 9 years of experience (4 years at a senior/managerial level).
