Role Purpose
The BI & Analytics Expert is responsible for designing and managing end-to-end data analytics and reporting systems across ECYBER’s platforms. The role bridges technology and strategy to ensure leadership can understand performance, trends, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
BI & Data Architecture: Design and maintain architecture integrating data from learning platforms and innovation systems; ensure data quality.
Analytics & Insights: Conduct descriptive and predictive analytics on learner performance, platform usage, and program impact.
Dashboards & Reporting: Develop interactive dashboards for leadership and donors; automate monthly and quarterly reports.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact: Support M&E frameworks with data-driven indicators to track outcomes of capacity-building initiatives.
Data Governance & Security: Establish governance policies and access controls; ensure compliance with data protection and ethics.
Collaboration & Capacity Building: Train internal teams on data literacy and BI tools to foster a data-driven culture
About You
Required Qualifications
Education: MSc or BSc in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in BI and data analytics; experience with digital platforms or development projects is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), SQL, advanced Excel, and data modeling.
Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders, and high integrity.
