Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. The COO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, scaling business processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong business acumen and a proven track record in technology services, digital transformation, or IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan
Translate strategy into actionable operational plans
Drive organizational growth, scalability, and profitability
Establish KPIs and performance metrics across departments
Operations Management

Oversee daily operations including delivery, project management, support, and internal processes
Ensure efficient and effective service delivery to clients
Optimize operational workflows and resource allocation
Implement best practices, systems, and tools
Technology Delivery Oversight

Ensure successful execution of technology projects (software, cloud, infrastructure, digital transformation, etc.)
Monitor project timelines, quality, and profitability
Improve delivery frameworks and methodologies (Agile, DevOps, ITIL, etc.)
Financial and Business Performance

Manage operational budgets and cost controls
Improve margins, efficiency, and revenue performance
Support sales and business development teams in scaling operations
Team Leadership

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
Develop leadership capability across the organization
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
Establish scalable operational infrastructure
Drive automation and digital transformation internally
Client and Stakeholder Management

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Support key client relationships when required
Work closely with leadership, partners, and stakeholders
About You
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
MBA preferred
12–20 years of experience in technology, IT services, or technology solutions
5+ years in senior leadership role (COO, VP Operations, Delivery Head, etc.)
Proven experience scaling operations in a technology company
