Job Summary
The Chief Resources Officer (CRO) is an elite executive leadership position responsible for the integrated management and oversight of the group’s strategic support pillars: Finance, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), and Supply Chain Management. The CRO ensures optimal resource allocation across all corporate subsidiaries, champions large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations, directs capital expenditure (Capex), manages treasury operations, and establishes high-value procurement policies to drive sustainable, compliant group-wide growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Domain Leadership
-
Oversee the integrated management and direction of critical strategic support functions, specifically Finance, ICT, and Supply Chain.

Direct and supervise functional department heads operating under the Finance, ICT, and Supply Chain domains.

Maximize and optimize the utilization of financial and technological resources across all corporate subsidiaries.
Financial Architecture & Treasury

Implement, govern, and audit standardized financial management, compliance, and reporting frameworks across the group.

Spearhead group-level capital planning, budgeting processes, asset financing, and treasury operations.

Formulate macro asset-allocation strategies and evaluate capital expenditure (Capex) investments.
Supply Chain & Technology Integration

Architect and implement robust, group-wide procurement and supply chain strategies tailored for high-value acquisitions.

Sponsor and facilitate the deployment and continuous improvement of group-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems.

Qualifications and Requirements
Certifications & Education

Mandatory Certification: Active professional accounting designation: CPA, ACCA, or CIMA (Chartered Accountant).

Academic Background: MBA combined with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), Bachelor of Science, or equivalent advanced technical/business qualification.
Work & Managerial Experience

Overall Experience: 20 to 25 years of progressive, elite professional experience.

Managerial Depth: Above 12 years of dedicated executive-level leadership and team management experience.
Technical Competencies

Proven mastery in resource mobilization and strategic asset allocation.

Deep experience in capital expenditure (Capex) planning and corporate treasury management.

Expert knowledge of high-value procurement systems and complex vendor supply chain dynamics.

Advanced acumen in regulatory compliance and financial auditing standards.
