Job Summary

The Corporate Business Relationship Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining a portfolio of clients within an assigned sector and market segment. This role involves recommending and selling Corporate Banking products, cross-selling other Bank products and services, and enhancing value-adding relationships with existing customers. The Relationship Manager will leverage a strong personal drive to prospect and acquire new customers, pursue incremental business, manage customer expectations, and provide strategic business advice to benefit the client.

About You

Academic and Professional Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking, or a related field.

  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or Accounting & Finance is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Total Experience: Minimum of Eight (8) years of relevant experience.

  • Managerial Experience: At least two (2) years at a middle and line management post.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in corporate banking is highly desirable.
