Tinaw Business S.C. is legally registered entity established in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia. Located in Guraghe Zone of the Central Ethiopian State Ezga Woreda. The Company is currently engaged in the production and exports of rose flower on 32 hectares of greenhouse coverage and exports to the international market. Currently the company employs about 800 employees and generates millions Euro per year. Building on 18 years of experience and remarkable performance in the floriculture sector, the company has embarked on farm expansion project on 54 hectares of land.

We want to recruit Cost and Budget Division Head for Addis Ababa Office.

 

 

Major Responsibilities

 

Lead annual budget planning & preparation,
Cost monitoring and control, costing & financial analysis,
Data management & reporting,
performance evaluation,
Support to production and export operations,
Compliance and internal controls,
Inventory management,
preparing monthly, quarterly and annual cost and budget performance report
Any other related activities as assigned by immediate supervisor

KPI:

 

Accuracy of budget forecast vs actual performance and cost allocation,
timeliness of budget preparation and reporting,
Cost reduction initiatives implemented,
Improvement in cost per stem and cost per hectare,
Budget compliance rate,
data quality and reliability across departments,
Staff training & development…
About You
Job Requirements

 

BA/MA in Accounting, Finance, or related field ,7+ years of professional accounting experience in budgeting, costing, or financial analysis out of this at least 1 year as section/division head, ideally in agriculture/flower farm/export sector & manufacturing
Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations.
Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
Experience managing teams and preparing financial reports.
Having certification like ACCA is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
