Key Responsibilities

  • Cash Operations: Efficiently handle the paying and receiving of cash and process various banking transactions.

  • Sales & Growth: Actively sell bank products and services to new and existing clients to support business growth.

  • Account Maintenance: Open, manage, and update customer accounts with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Customer Excellence: Manage customer relations with meticulous care, adhering strictly to the bank’s policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

Educational Background

  • Degree: BA degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related business fields.

Work Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the banking industry.
