Role Overview

AddisFly is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to execute the company’s digital strategy. This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of campaign management and content creation. You will drive online visibility and lead generation for various segments, including labor travel, corporate clients, and airline promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan and optimize performance-based campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email.

• Content Creation: Actively produce high-quality graphics, videos (CapCut/Adobe), and captions for social media.

• Lead Generation: Manage conversion-focused marketing to increase inquiries, bookings, and ROI.

• Strategic Growth: Develop targeted campaigns for walk-in, corporate, and non-IATA agent segments.

• Collaboration: Work with sales and creative teams to align digital efforts with brand direction and airline partner promotions.

• Reporting: Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing; experience in the travel or service industry is a plus.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.

  • Expertise in content tools: Canva, Adobe, or CapCut.

• Mindset: Strong execution-focused mindset with the ability to turn ideas into measurable results.

• Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
