Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive web traffic, generate high-quality leads, and increase sales. The role holder will oversee SEO/SEM campaigns, social media strategies, email marketing automation, and website landing page optimizations, while utilizing data analytics tools to continuously monitor and improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, lead generation, and sales.

  • Lead SEO and SEM campaigns to ensure maximum visibility and performance across search engines.

  • Oversee social media strategies, content development, and paid social advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).

  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, marketing automation, and performance tracking.

  • Analyze digital marketing performance and generate actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

  • Collaborate with content teams to create compelling and relevant digital content aligned with brand and marketing objectives.

  • Oversee the design, development, and management of landing pages and websites for optimal conversion rates.

  • Utilize analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to track, report, and improve campaign performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education Level

  • BA or MBA degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Related Work Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience for BA degree holders, OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for MBA degree holders.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Skills: Robust experience with search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), paid social ads, and email automation infrastructure. Proven skill in tracking campaigns using advanced analytic platforms.

  • Core Competency: Donor Relations & Partnership Development.
