Job Summary

The Digital Payment Officer I is responsible for assisting in the daily operations and maintenance of digital payment systems. This role involves participating in and supporting the onboarding of new institutions for digital payment products, monitoring transactions and interfaces, and participating in testing when changes are made to digital payment applications.

Key Responsibilities

• System Operations: Assist in the daily operations and ongoing maintenance of digital payment systems.

• Institution Onboarding: Participate in and support the technical onboarding of new financial institutions for digital payment products.

• Monitoring: Track and monitor transaction logs, system interfaces, and performance metrics to ensure system stability.

• Application Testing: Participate in functional and regression testing cycles when changes, updates, or patches are applied to digital payment applications.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields of study.

• Experience: None required (Fresh Graduate); prior internship or related experience is an advantage.

• Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a strong willingness to learn.
