Role Summary
As a C-level Senior Executive, the Director of Corporate Services, Communication, and Strategic Partnerships holds a critical leadership position responsible for guiding the organization’s internal operational backbone while simultaneously expanding its external footprint. This high-impact role integrates executive oversight of corporate service functions (such as Human Resources, Administration, Procurement, and Legal) with the strategic design of international corporate communications and high-value partnership development.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and global stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency, protect brand equity, and secure strategic alliances that support long-term institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Services & Operational Leadership

Provide strategic direction and executive oversight across essential corporate support units, including Human Resources, Procurement, Facility Management, Information Technology, and Legal Affairs.

Modernize operational workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal control frameworks to build an agile, compliant, and cost-effective workplace culture.

Lead corporate risk management initiatives, ensuring organizational practices fully align with federal regulatory policies, local labor laws, and corporate governance standards.

Oversee the allocation of the corporate services annual budget, ensuring optimal financial tracking and resource optimization across cross-functional operations.
2. Strategic Communications & Brand Management

Architect and execute the organization’s comprehensive internal and external communication strategies to unify institutional messaging and elevate brand equity.

Act as a primary corporate spokesperson, maintaining strong media relations, managing crisis communications, and protecting institutional reputation across public platforms.

Oversee the production of high-profile corporate publications, annual performance reports, press releases, and digital media campaigns to ensure quality and messaging consistency.
3. Strategic Partnerships & Resource Mobilization

Identify, negotiate, and cultivate high-value alliances with external stakeholders, including government ministries, international development agencies, corporate partners, and civil society.

Design and lead resource mobilization strategies, creating structured value-propositions to secure funding, joint ventures, or long-term operational collaborations.

Establish robust partnership monitoring frameworks to track the performance, compliance, and mutual outcomes of active institutional agreements (MoUs).

Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Background

Minimum Requirement: Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Corporate Communications, Strategic Management, or a related field.

Relevant senior executive leadership certifications (e.g., Executive MBA) are highly desirable.
Experience & Proven Track Record

Progressive professional experience at a senior management level, with a minimum of 5 to 8 years operating strictly within an executive or C-suite capacity.

Proven history of leading multi-disciplinary teams and successfully managing complex corporate service functions within large-scale corporate groups, international NGOs, or multi-national organizations.

Exceptional portfolio demonstrating the successful negotiation and execution of high-impact strategic partnerships, institutional fundraising, or commercial alliances.
