ABOUT THE JOB

A Dispute and Reconciliation Officer manages and resolves financial discrepancies, transaction disputes, and account mismatches, primarily within the banking or mobile money sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigating transaction failures and financial discrepancies.

  • Reconciling accounts to ensure accurate financial records.

  • Resolving transaction disputes and account mismatches.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to prevent financial losses.


ABOUT YOU

Education Requirements:

  • BSc or BA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.

Experience Requirements:

  • Total Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.

  • Specific Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Junior Dispute & Reconciliation Management officer or in a related position.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills for data investigation and problem-solving.
