Job Summary

The Branch Business Supervisor oversees business activities across bank branches, focusing on both banking services and customer relationship management. This role involves strategic planning, performance standard setting, and coaching branch teams to deliver high-quality service while maximizing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Supervision: Oversee branch banking services and customer business relationship management activities.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with branch teams on annual plan development and implementation.

• Performance Management: Set team objectives and goals, ensuring alignment through effective goal cascading.

• Coaching & Motivation: Mentor branch customer service supervisors to maintain high service standards.

• Service Monitoring: Continuously assess service levels against customer expectations and propose enhancements.

• Communication: Synchronize workflows with Branch Managers and communicate operational constraints or problems.

• Brand Image: Proactively manage customer needs to maximize satisfaction and enhance the bank’s market image.

Qualifications

• Education: BA or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields.

• Experience:

  • 5 years for BA holders / 3 years for Master’s holders in the banking sector.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Officer in the relevant area.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Core Banking Systems.

  • Strong Account Management skills.
