Job Summary

The E-commerce Manager is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels. This role oversees the daily operation of the e-commerce platform, develops online marketing strategies, improves customer experience, and ensures sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce website and online stores
Develop and execute online sales and digital marketing strategies
Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability
Analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior
Coordinate with marketing, IT, and customer service teams
Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing)
Handle customer feedback, reviews, and online inquiries
About You
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Minimum 4 year and above Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadline
