AIDOS (Associazione Italiana Donne per lo Sviluppo ETS) is a Non-Government Organization whose headquarter is in Rome, Italy (https://www.aidos.it/). It is an Italian non-governmental organization established in 1981 working to build, promote, and protect the rights, dignity, well-being, freedom of choice, and empowerment of women and girls in Ethiopia.
AIDOS is operating in Ethiopia and legally registered, in accordance with Article 57(1) of Civil Society Organizations Proclamation No. 1113/2019. Our registration has been duly granted by the Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) under certificate number 4479.
AIDOS wants to invite external auditors to undertake the audit of the organization for the year 2025.
About You
Qualified audit firms that fulfill the following criteria are invited to participate in the bid:
Renewed license for the current period, 2018 E.C.
Registration certificate from the Accounting & Audit Board of Ethiopia (AABE)
VAT Registration and TIN registration certificates.
Previous experience in auditing NGOs.
Knowledge and experience on the latest audit reporting systems designed for NGOs
List and profile of auditors Eligible and experienced staff assigned to perform the audit,
The time-line of the audit should have to be attached along with the financial proposal.
The bid document should have to be submitted through email with a scanned PDF splitting into Technical Proposal and Financial document.
