About the Job
Oversee daily finance operations, including general ledger, payables/receivables, and billing
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies aligned with company goals
Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively
Ensure strong internal controls, tax compliance, and audit readiness
Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-saving or growth strategies
Lead and develop the finance team while enforcing governance policies
Advise senior management on investments, financial risks, and profitability
Safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity through proper systems
Liaise with executives, banks, and external auditors on financial matters
About You
MSC in Accounting and Finance
10+ years relevant work experience, which 3 are in a managerial role
Work experience in a real estate is highly preferable and will be given priority
Requirement Skill
Financial reporting
Auditing skills
Proven experience using accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems
knowledge of Ethiopia’s tax laws
Financial & Budget Management
Desired Skill
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills
