Position: Finance Manager
Experience Required: 15+ Years
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, planning, and execution to support organizational growth.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and statutory reporting standards.
Drive cost optimization initiatives and profitability improvement strategies.
Manage treasury operations, cash flow, and investment planning.
Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
About You
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance, including leadership roles.
Strong expertise in IFRS, tax laws, and corporate governance.
Proven track record in strategic financial decision-making.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Language Requirement
Mandatory written and spoken proficiency in English, Amharic, and Afan Oromo.
