Key Responsibilities:

Manage Dollar application process from bank ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Invoice management from tax office ensuring compliance with regulation.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
Check and review contract to ensure all terms are met and aligned with the company policy.
Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
Perform profit analyses to assess financial performance.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Ensure timely payment of invoices and adherence to payment terms.
Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
Prepare and submit tax payment reports to the tax office, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and deadlines.
