Role Summary
Develop, maintain, and scale web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Implement both frontend and backend features, collaborate with designers and developers, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality, user-friendly applications. Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments to streamline development and release processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
Build responsive and intuitive frontend interfaces with React.
Design and manage backend APIs and databases with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement Figma-based designs.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage Docker-based container deployments.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality delivery.
About You
Required Skills
Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX collaboration.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication, and state management.
Experience with Git, Agile workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
Critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and clear communication.
Minimum Education Qualification
B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Required Experience
2–4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development with MERN stack.
Demonstrable past projects or sample work showcasing MERN applications and CI/CD/Docker usage.
