About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Associate who will help expand Abet’s relationships with international technology companies.
This role focuses on research, outreach, and relationship development with founders and operational leaders at companies in Europe and North America.
You will work closely with leadership to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and help build Abet’s international pipeline.
This is not a traditional sales role. It is suited for someone who enjoys learning about companies, communicating clearly, and building professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Research global AI and SaaS companies and identify potential client opportunities
Identify founders, CTOs, and operations leaders within target companies
Initiate thoughtful outreach through LinkedIn and email
Start conversations and schedule discovery meetings with potential clients
Maintain an organized pipeline of outreach, responses, and follow-ups
Support proposal preparation and communication after client meetings
Continuously learn about international technology companies and market trends
About You
2 – 4 years of professional experience in business development, communications, consulting, or a related field
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong research and analytical ability
Strong professional communication skills and comfortable communicating with international professionals
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and maintain consistent outreach activity
Ideal Candidate
