Addis Ababa, with possible travel to project sites when necessary

Key Responsibilities
Participate in the development of expression of interest
Assist and facilitate in organizing workshops, trainings, and meeting
Participate in production of PowerPoint, templates, documents
Facilitate financial and administrative procedures (including logistic arrangement) for trainings, meetings, workshops
Conduct literature review
gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses
assist or coordinate project implementation
Produce and update the database of projects, field research team and consultants
gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendation
Produce content for the digital outreach
participate on different projects team meeting and document minutes
liaison with consultants and client on research undertakings
Closely follow up the status of submitted expressions of interest , proposals
Update the content of the website
Market research and due diligence
Participate in the research proposal development
Produce bio-summary and CV of consultants
Participate in project management, survey and field visit
Follow-up with clients to ensure maximum client satisfactio
Technical assistance to client and stakeholders as required
Work with the admin and marketing team
Undertake other duties as may be assigned by the core team
About You
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in economics and business, development studies, statistics
Zero years of work experienc
Good Communication and English Writing skill
Good experience in using visualization software such as PowerBI, Canva, Power Point, STATA, SPSS and Microsoft Office Tool
Good interpersonal skill
Strong analytical, problem solving and networking skills
Be a team player and communicator
Salary: ETB 11,000.00
