About the Job

An Internal Auditor serves as an independent professional dedicated to evaluating the organization’s internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. The primary focus of this role is to ensure operational integrity, enhance organizational value, and maintain strict compliance with both national laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Integrity & Evaluation

Process Auditing:
- Systematically evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems.
- Review risk management procedures to identify potential vulnerabilities.
Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure all operations align with governance frameworks and legal requirements.
- Provide objective reports on operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

2. Reporting & Follow-up

Documentation:
- Prepare clear and concise audit findings for management review.
- Suggest actionable improvements for identified weaknesses.
Monitoring:
- Track the implementation of recommended changes to ensure issues are resolved.

About You

1. Education Requirements

Academic Background:
- Candidates must hold a BSC or BA degree in:
  - Accounting or Economics.
  - Management or Business Administration.
  - Banking & Finance or a related field of study.

2. Experience Requirements

Total Tenure:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant position.
Specific Track Record:
- At least 1 year of specific experience serving as a Junior Internal Auditor.

3. Core Skills

Technical Proficiency:
- Demonstrated mastery of Auditing skills and methodologies.
- Strong analytical mind with high attention to detail.
