Project Overview

The Ethiopian Human Rights Commission plans to procure Consultancy Service for Mapping and Assessment of Victim Support and Referral Mechanisms to inform Transitional Justice implementation in Ethiopia.

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia, and is open to all shortlisted and qualified bidders.

• Tax clearance certificate from MoF

• VAT registration certificate from MoF

• Tax Payer Identification Certificate (TIN)

• Submission Deadline: Bids must be delivered on or before July 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Late bids will be rejected.

• Bid Opening: Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives on July 10, 2026, at 2:30 PM.
