 Purpose & Scope

EECMY-DASSC is formally requesting bids from capable, reliable, and licensed suppliers to procure and supply Dignity Kits. These kits are destined for distribution to conflict-affected individuals, returnees, and host community members within the West Wollega Zone.

🛠️ Bidding Process & Instructions

1.Collect the Bid Documents:Deadline: July 13, 2026.

Obtain a complete set of the official bid documents from the EECMY-DASSC Head Office (or online via email request) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 800.00 ETB.

2.Compile Mandatory Documentation:Audit Clearance.

Gather your valid Trade / Business License, Commercial Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and a Tax Clearance Certificate supported by eligible, licensed auditors, along with past related work experience.

3.Secure Bid Bond (CPO):15,000.00 ETB.

Acquire a mandatory bid security of 15,000.00 ETB issued in the form of a Cashier’s Payment Order (CPO) from a licensed Ethiopian Bank, made payable to EECMY-DASSC.

4.Package the Proposals:Wax-Sealed Envelopes.

Sign, stamp, and complete all detailed requirements. Separate your submission into Original and Copy versions for both the Technical and Financial proposals, enclosed in wax-sealed envelopes.

5.Deliver Submissions:Within 10 Days of Announcement.

Physically deliver the completed, wax-sealed proposals to the Head Office prior to the closing deadline on July 13, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives who wish to attend.
