1. Background
ChildFund Ethiopia is an international NGO dedicated to improving the well-being of children and families. To support its core programs in education, health, and livelihoods, ChildFund Ethiopia invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed tenders for the supply of New Electric Vehicles.

2. Eligibility Requirements
Interested bidders must submit the following documentation:

Valid and Renewed Business License (E.C. 2018).

VAT Registration Certificate and Taxpayer Identification Certificate (TIN).

Company Profile: Detailing address, branch offices, organizational structure, and resources.

Past Performance: Evidence of satisfactory experience in supplying similar vehicles.
3. Tender Submission Instructions
Bidders must submit their proposals in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Bidder’s Name, Address, Tender Reference Number, and Title. The submission must include:

Original tender documents with an official company seal on all pages.

A Financial Proposal submitted in a separate sealed envelope.

A clearly stated Delivery Schedule / Lead Time (preference may be given to shorter delivery periods).
4. Terms and Conditions

Payment: Made after submission and verification of full vehicle documentation.

Contract: The successful bidder will sign a contract agreement upon receipt of an authorized Purchase Order.

Rights: ChildFund Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any part of this tender.
