Job Summary

We are urgently hiring 1 detail-oriented and process-driven IT Deployment Specialists to manage high-volume, end-to-end deployment of Windows-based workstations and laptops. The primary focus of this role is to strictly follow the company’s standardized Deployment Checklist and to complete the full deployment of at least 5 to 7 computers per working day depending on the computer performance.

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 2 months (with possibility of extension)

Key Responsibilities

(Workstation/Laptop Deployment)

Perform clean Windows 10/11 Pro installations and re-imaging using approved corporate images
Configure secure workstations: local admin setup, drivers, drivers, Windows activation, domain joining
Set up Microsoft 365 apps to company standard (Office licensing, Outlook profile & archive, OneDrive, Teams)
Install and configure printers/drivers, MFA, BitLocker encryption, and secondary drive partitioning when required
Strictly follow the Deployment Checklist: create restore points, apply all Windows Updates, enforce Group Policy, and perform final QA
Deliver a minimum of 5 – 7 fully deployed computers every working day
Provide Level 2 troubleshooting for any deployment or post-deployment issues
About You
Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 0 to1 year of hands-on experience in Windows desktop/laptop deployment (high-volume experience is a strong advantage)
Strong practical knowledge of:
Windows 10/11 Pro installation, re-imaging and troubleshooting
Active Directory & Group Policy
Microsoft 365 administration (Office, OneDrive, Teams, licensing)
BitLocker, MFA, printer/driver installation
Basic networking (DNS, network printers)
Proven ability to work quickly and accurately while achieving 5+ deployments per day
Excellent attention to detail and 100% checklist compliance
Good documentation skills (Excel, Word)
Fluent in English and Amharic (written & spoken)
