About the Position
G to G IT Solution Share Company is seeking a competent and experienced IT Manager to lead the Technical Implementation Support (TIS) Department. The role focuses on managing the technical implementation of company projects, overseeing system deployment, supporting operational technology needs, and ensuring reliable IT infrastructure and technical support services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Technical Implementation Support (TIS) Department.
Oversee technical implementation of IT systems, platforms, and solutions.
Coordinate installation, configuration, and deployment of software and hardware solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for operational systems.
Ensure smooth integration of new technologies into company operations.
Supervise technical staff responsible for system implementation and support.
Maintain IT infrastructure reliability, including networks, servers, and security systems.
Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Prepare technical reports and provide updates to management regarding system performance and implementation progress
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT systems management, technical implementation, or IT operations.
Experience supervising or leading technical teams is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of system deployment, IT infrastructure, networking, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
