Job Summary

Lead the IT Risk Management function by identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across systems, applications, and infrastructure. You will establish security frameworks, oversee data protection controls, and ensure business continuity through rigorous testing and collaboration with cybersecurity and audit teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the IT Risk Management framework, policies, and procedures.

• Identify and assess cybersecurity risks across all bank systems and infrastructure.

• Oversee information security controls, including data protection and user access management.

• Conduct vulnerability reviews, risk assessments, and control effectiveness testing.

• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing.

• Prepare periodic IT risk and security reports for senior management.

• Provide guidance and awareness training on IT risk best practices to staff.

Qualifications

• Education: BA or Master’s degree in Computer Science, ICT, Business Informatics, or Software Engineering.

• Experience:

  • 7 years for BA holders / 5 years for Master’s holders in the banking sector.

  • Minimum 2 years in a senior/leadership position.

• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Information Systems (IS) and cybersecurity risk frameworks.
