ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technical Support Officer to provide technical support for Sports Betting and iGaming platforms.

The role involves troubleshooting system issues, supporting payment integrations, monitoring platform performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support for web, mobile, and back-office systems.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to customer accounts, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and transactions.
• Monitor platform performance and identify system issues.
• Troubleshoot application, network, and integration-related problems.
• Support payment gateway integrations and payment-related incidents.
• Assist with KYC verification, account management, and operational support.
• Document, track, and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Support, and Development teams.
• Participate in system testing and deployment activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and incident reports.


ABOUT YOU

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, System Administration, or similar role.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Basic understanding of SQL databases and API integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in Sports Betting, iGaming, FinTech, or Payment Systems is an advantage.
