Dodai is a fast growing organization with a mission of making e-mobility accessible to everyone in Africa through its innovative products and services. Dodai plans to provide brand new electric two wheelers by assembling them here in Addis Ababa and plans to expand to major regional cities in Ethiopia by the end of 2026.
Job Purpose:
To manage all financial transactions for the battery swapping service through the system, ensuring accurate receipt issuance, proper documentation, and timely reconciliation with the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue receipts for all battery swapping transactions through Cash Machine
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all transactions.
Reconcile daily transactions and ensure all records are up-to-date.
Submit reconciled records and reports to the finance team regularly.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Identify and report any discrepancies promptly.
Support process improvements in transaction handling and documentation.
Perform other tasks as directed by your supervisor.
About You
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Fresh graduate or 6 months experience in cashiering, accounting, or financial operations is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Basic computer skills
Proficient in using financial systems like Cket, Xero, peachtree etc is a PLUS
Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
