About the Job
Hagerie Television is currently seeking a talented and driven Junior IT Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to employees and assist with hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and provide timely solutions.
Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and access control.
Schedule and upload the broadcast playlist
Schedule, upload, and broadcast Daily News and Weekly programs on social media
Create thumbnails for News and Programs
Supports daily IT activities of the organization
Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies.
About You
10+4 in Information Technology or Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, etc.) and productivity software.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
