As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will be a vital part of the creative and operational engine that drives the company’s brand. You will support the planning and execution of diverse marketing campaigns, coordinate with creative professionals, and ensure that digital and on-site activations run smoothly. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives on variety—from managing social media calendars to assisting with high-profile brand events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand engagement.

  • Content Management: Support digital content development for websites and social media. Manage monthly content calendars to ensure consistent messaging.

  • Creative Coordination: Work closely with the Art Director and content creators (designers, videographers, and influencers) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

  • Event Organizing: Assist in the coordination and on-site execution of brand activations, events, and engagement activities.

  • Collaboration: Work under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Executive to refine creative concepts and campaign execution.

  • Operations & Admin: Provide daily administrative support to the marketing department and help manage team engagement initiatives.


About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a similar role.

Technical & Creative Skills

  • Digital Tools: Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media tools.

  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a major advantage.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

Core Competencies

  • Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to contribute to visual and conceptual brainstorming.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for following up with external partners (influencers, agencies) and collaborating with internal teams.
