About the Job

The primary objective of the Junior Sales Representative is to drive sales volume while ensuring world-class customer satisfaction. You will be the face of Holland Dairy, responsible for the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and cold calling to negotiating orders and facilitating final delivery. This role is ideal for a high-energy individual who thrives on meeting targets and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sales Growth

• Outreach: Facilitate both cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on appointments with potential and current customers.

• Maximizing Value: Apply cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize every sales opportunity.

• Targets: Ensure monthly sales volume targets are consistently met or exceeded.

• Promotions: Proactively inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts to drive volume.

2. Account & Data Management

• Administrative Accuracy: Issue invoices for collected orders and ensure all data is accurately entered into Business Central and PEDS.

• Reporting: Track all appointments, sales, and status reports thoroughly for manager review.

• Records: Maintain detailed client records and follow-up updates to ensure no lead is dropped.

3. Customer Satisfaction & Logistics

• Negotiation: Negotiate and collect orders directly from clients.

• Complaint Handling: Document complaints in both the system and Excel formats, ensuring swift resolution.

• Delivery: Facilitate the seamless delivery of items to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Education & Mindset

• Academic Background: Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Attitude: A motivated, sales-driven, and results-oriented mindset. You should be someone who is naturally “target-driven.”

2. Core Competencies

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Customer Service: Impeccable service skills with the ability to handle negotiations with professionalism and integrity.

• Technical: Basic proficiency in data entry and record keeping (experience with ERPs like Business Central is a plus).
