Position Overview

Losan Pharma Wholesale (Losan Health Trading PLC) is seeking energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented young professionals to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to build a successful field career in pharmaceutical and medical supplies sales.

The role is heavily execution-dependent, rewarding self-motivated individuals with a lucrative commission structure linked directly to volume achievements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals within assigned retail territories to map local demand.

  • Promote, detail, and sell commercial pharmaceutical and medical infrastructure products.

  • Identify, onboard, and recruit new business-to-business (B2B) customers to grow the company footprint.

  • Track external client transactions, following up on structural quotations and finalized purchase orders.

  • Build and preserve strong, lasting professional customer relationships with institutional buyers.

  • Gather accurate ground-level market intelligence, competitor pricing strategies, and customer feedback.

  • Compile and submit detailed daily and weekly sales activity logs to management.

  • Hit or exceed agreed monthly organizational sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background

  • BA/BSc Degree in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related computational/commercial fields from an accredited institution.

  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated mindset with a distinct, demonstrable passion for field sales execution.

  • Ability to work comfortably with minimal field supervision.
