Hiring: Marketing and Sales Head (Tire Division)
About the Job
PAVE Logistics and Trading PLC is expanding and seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Head to lead our Tire Sales Division in Addis Ababa.
In this role, you will be the chief architect of our commercial strategy. You will design long-term marketing initiatives, build brand dominance, and manage day-to-day sales operations to outpace market competition.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and monitor comprehensive annual sales and marketing plans specifically for the tire division.

Revenue Growth: Define and exceed clear KPIs, sales targets, and revenue goals.

Market Expansion: Formulate competitive pricing and promotional campaigns to maximize market share.

Partnership Building: Drive direct sales and expand the network of distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.

B2B Leadership: Identify and close high-value contracts with corporate fleets, transport companies, and dealerships.

Inventory Oversight: Align stock levels with sales forecasts to ensure availability of fast-moving tire brands and sizes.

Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience

Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership.

Industry Expertise: Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in the Tire, Auto Parts, or Automotive industry.
