Position Summary

The Marketing and Sales Manager will lead the company’s commercial strategy, strengthen brand visibility, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive professional with strong agricultural market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting sustainable farming solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote organic liquid fertilizer products.
Identify new markets, potential distributors, and business opportunities.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, commercial farms, agri-dealers, NGOs, and government institutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product positioning and pricing.
Organize product demonstrations, field days, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Oversee digital marketing activities—social media, website content, and online campaigns.
Manage customer feedback, resolve complaints, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

About You
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales and marketing; experience in agriculture, fertilizer, or agro-inputs industry is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the agricultural sector, especially crop production and fertilizer markets.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve commercial targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork.
