Role Summary

The Marketing Executive supports the hotel’s marketing activities by managing social media platforms, producing marketing materials, and coordinating campaigns across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Coordination

• Manage the hotel’s social media platforms and execute the monthly posting schedule.

• Plan, deploy, and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate with the regional marketing team to ensure alignment with brand-wide campaigns.

• Support the specific marketing, promotional, and collateral needs of various internal departments (Sales, Food & Beverage, and Spa).

Creative Content & Design

• Design and produce compelling marketing materials for both digital and print channels.

• Work closely with external vendors, including printers, brand influencers, and media teams.

• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and corporate standards across all promotional materials.

• Handle basic campaign reporting, asset performance monitoring, and analytics tracking.

About You

Work Experience

• 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, preferably within a 4-star hotel environment.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Marketing & Communication: Strong understanding of digital marketing frameworks, social media channels, and high-impact promotional copywriting.

• Creative Execution: Basic to intermediate design competency in Canva, visual asset creation, and simple video editing (e.g., CapCut).

• Workflow Management: Proven ability to handle multiple incoming requests from different departments, strong time management, and vendor follow-up.

Tools Checklist

• Required: Canva, Basic Video Editing tools (e.g., CapCut)

• Nice to Have: WordPress, CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot)
