About the Job
As a Marketing / Sales Expert, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence as the company supplies construction materials across Ethiopia. Your core focus will be:

Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities and executing marketing strategies.

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and distributors.

Product Promotion: Promoting a range of construction materials to key stakeholders.

Account Management: Managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the consistent achievement of sales targets.

Brand Strengthening: Enhancing the company’s presence and reputation within the construction sector.
About You
Qualifications & Experience

Education: BA in Marketing Management or a similar field of business studies.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience specifically in the sales of construction materials (rebar, sanitary, electrical, and related products).
Core Competencies

Sales Strategy: Strong skills in client prospecting, lead generation, and sales conversion.

Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Resilience: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
Required Skills

CRM: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software.

Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant business software.
