Job Summary

The Payroll Financial Posting Officer participates in accurate payroll processing and ensures its flawless posting onto the financial system. The job holder undertakes payroll reconciliation, verifies the accuracy of statutory and other deductions, updates payroll data changes, and maintains exact records of pension contributions.

Functional & Technical Competencies

SAP HCM Payroll: At least 2 years of direct, hands-on experience working with SAP HCM Payroll systems is mandatory.
Compliance & Regulation: Solid understanding of HR-related laws, industry standards, financial directives, and internal payroll processing regulations.
Reconciliation & Reporting: Capability to verify, audit, and reconcile complex payroll transactions against financial system ledgers.
Data Analysis: Ability to collect, interpret, and report on payroll-related employee experience data to support strategic decision-making.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

Minimum of four (4) years of progressive, relevant financial/payroll experience.
Crucial Prerequisite: A minimum of two (2) years must involve working directly with SAP HCM Payroll software.
