1. Opportunity Overview
World Vision International Ethiopia invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the serialization of adolescent storybooks for radio broadcast in Afar and Somali languages. This project supports WVE’s goal of addressing the strategic needs of vulnerable children through innovative media and storytelling.
2. Participation Instructions

Interested bidders must register to obtain the full tender documents (ITTB) via the official Microsoft Form:

Bidders must submit their proposals electronically via the Coupa sourcing notification received after registration. Proposals must be uploaded as separate attachments, clearly labeled:

3. Mandatory Documentation
To be considered responsive, bidders must include:

Legal Documents: Scanned copies of renewed Trade License, Registration, TIN, and VAT certificates.

Bid Security: 1% of the total price bid in the form of a CPO or unconditional bank guarantee (must be attached to the technical document).

Pricing: Clearly state unit price and total price in ETB (inclusive of VAT).
4. Bid Evaluation & Contact

Evaluation: Bids will be opened by the WVE Procurement Committee and evaluated based on technical responsiveness and financial competitiveness.

Late Bids: Submissions received after the March 31, 2026, 5:00 PM deadline will not be accepted.
