Call for Proposals: Stationary Supplies Framework Agreement
Background
The Youth Network for Sustainable Development (YNSD) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established in 2003. Serving as an umbrella network for over 1,000 youth organizations in Ethiopia, YNSD focuses on sustainable development, youth empowerment, and various community-led programs.
YNSD is currently seeking a reliable and competent service provider to establish a 12-month Framework Agreement to ensure the continuous availability of high-quality office stationary supplies.
1. Objective
To secure a long-term partnership with a stationary supplier that can provide consistent, quality office consumables to support YNSD’s operational and programmatic activities.
2. Scope of Services
The selected provider will be responsible for the supply, delivery, and management of:

General Office Stationery: Pens, pencils, markers, notebooks, paper, and related items.

Printing Materials: Specialized paper and photocopying supplies.

Consumables: Toner and ink cartridges for various office equipment.

Storage & Filing: Filing systems, folders, and storage supplies.

Miscellaneous: Other related office consumables as requested.
3. Key Responsibilities

Procure and deliver items according to specific quantities and quality standards.

Maintain adequate stock levels and proactively inform the organization of upcoming needs.

Ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate records of all supplies dispatched.

Provide professional invoices and receipts for all transactions.
4. Eligibility & Submission Requirements
Interested bidders must meet the following criteria:

Be a legally registered entity with a valid business license.

Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in stationary services.
